The role would ideally suit someone at the start of their career in information technology, or those wishing to make the transition from a helpdesk / support role to a more technically focussed position.

If this sounds like you, and particularly if you have skills or experience in one or more of the following areas, then we would love to hear from you:

  • Databases (SQL Server / Azure SQL)
  • Data Analysis & Processing
  • Mobile / web app development (Javascript / CSS / HTML / Spring / AngularJS)
  • Windows Server
  • End user support / Helpdesk
  • Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a related industry sector (desirable)

This is a varied role with the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of supporting our products and services. Day to day duties may include:

  • Responding to and updating support tickets raised by customers
  • Assisting with onboarding new customers
  • Product testing
  • Product configuration
  • Assisting with application and database development and admin tasks
  • Preparing documentation and training / user guides
  • Data cleansing and analysis

For the right candidate we can offer training, a competitive base salary (£22-26K depending on experience), fantastic opportunities to learn and grow and a generous bonus scheme.

The role will primarily be based at our office in Moretonhampstead on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park in Devon with the opportunity for hybrid working after an initial probationary period and completion of training.

There will also be occasional opportunities to visit client sites locally and nationwide to meet with customers and assist with delivering training in the field.
